Terms of Service

By using Whimcall, you agree to use the service lawfully and not to abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload its call infrastructure.

Free and Pro service

Free rooms support up to two active participants. Whimcall Pro is a recurring subscription priced at $10 USD per month and allows the host to create rooms for up to 100 active participants. Limits may be enforced technically to protect service reliability.

Billing and cancellation

Stripe processes subscriptions. You can manage payment details or cancel from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless Stripe states otherwise. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability

Whimcall is provided on an as-available basis. Call quality depends on devices, browsers, networks, and third-party infrastructure.
